Overall management of OEP operations; supervision of staff and recruitment activities; maintenance of OEP records; liaison with Protectorate of Emigrants and relevant authorities; and ensuring compliance with applicable rules and procedures.

Muhammad Tufail

Recruitment & Placement Officer / Visa & Travel Documentation Officer

Process manpower demands; source and shortlist candidates; coordinate employer interviews and placements; handle Protectorate and Embassy matters; process visa and travel documentation; and coordinate pre-departure and deployment formalities.

Tahir Shahzad Ahmad

Accounts & Finance Officer

Maintain accounts, receipts, payments, invoices and bank records; record recruitment expenses; prepare financial statements; and coordinate accounting, audit and tax matters.

Ahmad Sajjad

Documentation & Compliance Officer / Computer & Data Entry Operator

Prepare and maintain recruitment and deployment files; verify candidate documents; maintain OEP records; update candidate and employer data; manage digital records; and prepare required forms and reports.

Register and assist candidates; maintain candidate records; communicate vacancies and procedures; handle inquiries and appointments; receive visitors and calls; maintain files and provide general administrative support.
